We are welcoming contributions to the OceanA-hind & OceanW-hind experiments. Please let us know if you intend to participate and still haven’t been in touch with any of us.

We now have an exemple of complete dataset for these experiments (thanks Pierre Mathiot for the submission).

We have prepared two python scripts to check that the file names and dimensions/variables/attributes are correct, so please use them before uploading onto Zenodo: https://github.com/misomip/misomip2/tree/master/analysis

Please note that the experiment names have changed in the review process, so make sure to read the final published version of the MISOMIP2 protocol paper.

Some participants complained that providing outputs at mooring locations every 1m on the vertical (as required in the protocol article) was too heavy, especially for the Weddell Sea. We are therefore now accepting outputs either every 1m or every 10m in the OceMoor_ files.

If you are using the MISOMIP2 pre-processing tools or parts of them, we recommend that you pull the latest version in which multiple errors and inconsistencies with the latest version of the protocol paper have been corrected.
